About the comic

The Adventures of Business Cat is a webcomic written and drawn by Tom Fonder detailing the life and times of the world’s wealthiest playboy business pet. The strip was conceived by Tom Fonder and Rachael Robins and began as an occasional interlude in the gag-a-day webcomic Happy Jar.

The Adventures of Business Cat has since been twice published by Andrews McMeel Universal (Business Cat: Money, Power Treats & Business Cat: Hostile Takeovers) and ended its run in September of 2018. The entire archives are available to view for free both here and via Gomics.com.

The only big-business tycoon boasting his own private executive litter box and luxury mega cat condo, Business Cat manages a multi-billion dollar corporation between napping on keyboards, getting stuck in trees, and demanding to be let out, then in, then out again.

In his free-time, Business Cat enjoys looking outside of windows and receiving belly scratches from high-end escorts.

About the author

Tom Fonder is a British/Australian artist based in the United Kingdom.

He graduated from Edith Cowan University in 2012 with a film degree that he has since put to waste. In 2014 a silly drawing of his went viral and he accidentally became a cartoonist.

He specialises in drawing cats with freakish, human hands.
